It depends on square footage, the paver you choose, how much demolition is involved, and how much base the site needs. Every project starts with a free on-site measure and an itemized written estimate, so you can see exactly where the money goes. Projects between 500 and 1,000 sq ft get 10% off, and anything over 1,000 sq ft gets 15% off.
Concrete pavers are the workhorse: the widest range of shapes and colors, and the toughest value for driveways. Porcelain is dense, fade-resistant, and stays cooler with excellent slip ratings, which makes it a strong pool deck choice. Travertine is natural stone, the coolest underfoot of the three, and the reason a lot of Brevard pool decks get rebuilt in it. We bring samples and give you the honest trade-offs for your specific project.
Most residential driveways, patios, and pool decks run a few days to about a week on site, depending on size, demolition, and weather. Your written estimate includes a start date and the expected duration, and we tell you up front if rain is likely to move it.
Not when the base is right. Settling almost always traces back to base that was too shallow or never properly compacted, or to a missing edge restraint. We excavate to depth, compact in lifts, and restrain every edge, which is also why the surface can be lifted and reset later if a utility ever needs to come through.
Yes. French drain systems are one of our core services, and we frequently install one as part of a paver project so the new surface drains to somewhere useful. We trace where the water is coming from, confirm a legal outlet, and run the line with real fall rather than just burying pipe.
We do. Power washing, joint re-sanding, and sealing is a service on its own, and it is the cheapest way to make a tired driveway or pool deck look new again. Around pools we use a penetrating, non-glossy sealer so the surface does not turn slick.
