Cocoa Beach
Beach-side paver patios, pool decks, and driveways in Cocoa Beach, built for salt air and sand.
Cocoa Beach lots are narrow, the access is tight, and every material choice has to survive salt air. We work small sites regularly, staging material in shifts so the street stays passable and your neighbors stay friendly.
Barefoot surfaces matter more here than anywhere. Travertine and through-body porcelain stay noticeably cooler than concrete in the afternoon, and they hold grip when they are wet from the pool or an afternoon shower.
Sand migration under a paver field is the other beach-side issue, and it comes down to the base and the edge restraint. We do both properly, then lock the joints with polymeric sand so the field stays tight.
